Linen Rental Policies
The Furies Linen Rentals assumes no responsibility and/or liability for any injury and/or accidents due to the use or mis-use of any rental item.
Reservations
- Linen reservations are strongly recommended, online linen reservations are only accepted up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date, after that please call (508)-349-1141. This is to ensure that your linen order is properly processed.
- Linens rented beyond the first week receive a 30% discount on the same linens for each additional week.
- All rental linens are rented by the week and are not pro-rated.
Payments
- Advance Payment required with linen reservations.
- Check, Money Order, Master Card, VISA, or Discover accepted. We do not accept American Express.
What you need to know
- A valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) is required as security for all linen rentals, regardless of the method of payment.
- You will be charged for any missing or damaged linens and other possible fees as defined below.
- You do not need to launder our linens prior to their return. Simply stuff them back into the tote bags provided and we take care of the rest.
- Please do not use the handtowels or washcloths as cleaning rags, we has dish towels etc available on our site or by request for phone in orders.
Cancellations/ Refunds/Credits
- The Furies Linen Rentals offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. Rental cancellations made after that time will be refunded at the discretion of management.
- If you leave earlier than expected, or if you find upon arrival that the linens you rented are not needed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
The Furies Linen Delivery and Pickup Service
- The Furies can deliver the linens to your rental's address and pick them up at the end of your stay for an additional fee of $10 for each service ($20 round trip).
- For linen deliveries please call at least a day ahead of your arrival or departure as we need advance notice if you want The Furies to deliver and/or pickup your linens. The Furies Linen Rentals requires that any online linen order be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you choose the linen delivery option, we guarantee that your order will be delivered by 5:00 PM* on the date specified (*We do not guarantee a 5pm delivery time for Lt. Island due to the tidal nature of the island, or for orders placed on the day of delivery). If you are not on-site at the time of delivery, the linens will be left outside.
- If you choose the pickup option, all linens must be packed into their laundry bags and left outside, ready for pick-up by 9:30 a.m. on the day of your scheduled departure. If you have not arranged for pickup service, you must return the linens to our Wellfleet office by by 10:30 AM, subject to a $50 late fee.
Customer Linen Pickup and Return
- Upon your arrival, linens may be picked up at our Wellfleet office during our regular business hours. If you arrive after business hours, we will leave well-marked bags outside in a clearly marked bin. Our office is located at 2393 Rt 6 in the Cove Corners Shopping Center next to Dunkin Donuts, the Wellfleet Post Office, and the WHAT theater.
- All rental linens must be returned to our office by 10:30 AM on the day of your departure, subject to a $50 late fee if not returned on time (unless you have made prior arrangements with us.)
- If you return linens when the office is not open, you can leave the linens outside our offices in a clearly marked bin.
Order linens Now
- Order your linens using our order form.
- Regardless of your payment method, you must provide a valid Master Card, VISA, or Discover card information with your order.
