Linen Rental FAQ
1. Do I need to order my linens in advance?
Yes! We suggest that you place your linen order when you confirm your accommodations. You can place your order online through our shopping cart, or call our offices at (508)-349-1141, or you can print our linen order form and mail or fax it to us at (508)-349-0474 with your payment. While you can rent linens when you arrive if you wait to the last minute to rent linens we cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock, and delivery may not be available to you.
2. What is the linen reservation and payment policies?
All linen orders must be paid in advance. We accept multiple forms of payment, check, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover cards. Regardless of your payment method, we need a valid credit card number to process your order. If the items you rent are not returned, are damaged, or are returned late, we will charge your credit card accordingly.
3. What if I need to cancel a linen rental?
You may cancel your rental order up to 72 hours before your intended arrival for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice and have not sent a check or money order yet, we will charge your credit card. If you have sent a check or money order and cancel, we will your refund in check form.
4. What if I am planning on picking up our linens from you and arrive later than I anticipated?
Give us a call if you think you will arrive after our office closes. In the summer, we are open until 4:00 PM on Saturday and until 4:00 PM on Sunday. We can either leave the linens in a marked bin outside of our door tagged with your name, or leave them outside your Cape Cod rental house for an additional fee, which will be charged to your credit card.
5. Do I need to wash the linens before returning them?
No. That is not necessary. Laundering is included in the cost of all linen rental, and even if they are returned freshly washed they will still be re-laundered to ensure that they are clean and unlikely to trigger any alleriges.
6. If I find the linens I rented at the house, do I get a refund if I return it?
You are welcome to return the rental linens early, but no refund will be issued. Refunds are only issued if the rental is cancelled 72 hours in advance.
7. Am I responsible for lost or damaged items?
Yes, any lost or damaged linens will be charged to your credit card and an invoice will be sent to you.
8. What if I need to return a linens and you are closed?
You may leave the linens that you are returning in a bin outside our door at our Wellfleet location.
