The Furies has devised a systematic approach to house cleaning!  We always team clean with two or three people. This method helps our staff keep their energy levels up and gives you a consistent cleaning!

Regular Cleaning

Weekly, Twice a Week, Every Other Week, Monthly… based on your personal needs. Give us a call! 

Spring/Fall Cleaning

Major seasonal cleaning is more in-depth than a regular cleaning. We suggest a spring cleaning for all change-over customers. Give us call and we will send you a checklist, which you can fill out, sign, and return with your spring cleaning deposit.   Fall cleanings are also a great way to keep your property maintained.  There are special tips we have learned over the years that will help your house weather our Cape Cod winters and will make the spring cleaning easier!  Call us!

Construction Clean-Up

Have us clean your house after a Cape Cod dream construction project.  This type of cleaning is fairly involved and usually cannot be scheduled during the summer months.

Changeover Cleaning

Cleaning in between tenants.  This can happen any day of the week (except Mondays!)  Saturday and Sunday are the most popular days, as Cape Cod traffic will attest!  On Saturdays we stay in Wellfleet.   Sundays we cover Wellfleet and Truro.  This type of cleaning must be between 10am-3pm.

Tenant Clean

Tell your tenants about us!  We can clean during the week for them or early in the morning on the day of their departure.

Window Cleaning

We sub this task out to subcontractors and can arrange with them to clean the windows, skylights, and screens in your house, inside and out. In the spring we generally wait until after the first week of June to be sure the pollen season is over.  It is hard to be patient, but well worth the wait.  The pine trees on the Lower Cape release a lot of pollen that sticks to everything!  In the fall it is best to schedule window cleaning before Thanksgiving! 

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We sub this task out to subcontractors, also.  If you rent your house, we advise that you have your carpets and upholstery cleaned in the fall before the stains set in.
