 Regular Cleaning Policies and Procedures

Regular Cleaning can be scheduled weekly, twice a week, every other week, monthly or for a single time, based on your personal needs.  We work with the customer to design a cleaning plan for your home that meets your requirements and our standards.

         

            Scheduling

 
  • All scheduling must be done through the office!
  • Please call the office if you have a special request or need to change your schedule.  We will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Please don't ask cleaning crew members to forward your scheduling needs or changes to our office!  They are tired by the end of their day!
   
           Cancellations/Changes
 
  • Date changes or cancellations must be made by phone to our office.
  • Regular Cleaning Schedule Changes or Cancellations require 48 hours advance notice.   Otherwise, regular rates will be charged.
 
           Cleaning Supplies
 
  • The Furies provides all cleaning supplies used by the cleaning crews.
  • If you would like to provide us with a special cleaning product that you prefer, please let us know.
 

Payments

 
  • All invoices and payments are handled directly from our office.
  • Invoices are mailed within 24 hours of your service.
  • Payment is due 15 days from date of service.
  • Check or Money Order preferred, MC/VISA accepted.
  • Finance charge of 18% on outstanding balances that are still unpaid after 30 days (15 days overdue).
